For my project, My Preferred Information World, I envisioned a system where all information is seamlessly integrated. The challenges of Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems—such as interoperability barriers and financial disparities—underscore the need for a unified solution to enhance data exchange, improve patient outcomes, and promote healthcare equity. A universally standardized EHR system would eliminate redundancy, lower costs, strengthen provider communication, and ensure fair access to healthcare for patients across all socioeconomic backgrounds.
