About Me

Hi! I'm Gabi. I’m a third-year student at the University of Washington, pursuing a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health-Global Health and Informatics. I’m passionate about leveraging data-driven solutions to tackle public health challenges and advance health equity. I also have a strong interest in UX Design, UX Research, and Product Management. With a background in research, leadership, and community service, I thrive in collaborative environments where I can make a meaningful impact. I’m always eager to learn, innovate, and contribute to positive change.

Outside of school, I love hiking, climbing, snowboarding, baking, and spending time with my family and friends.

Skills

I am a versatile and dynamic individual with a broad range of skills and expertise across multiple domains. I have strong technical proficiency in Java, RStudio, QGIS, SQL, and design tools such as Figma and Canva, which enables me to tackle both technical and creative challenges. My experience in wireframing and design, coupled with my expertise in data analysis, allows me to produce solutions that are both functional and visually impactful.

In addition to my technical abilities, I excel in leadership, communication, and teamwork, and thrive in coaching and mentoring environments. I am skilled in project management, critical thinking, and research methods, all of which contribute to my ability to effectively organize, prioritize, and execute tasks. I am passionate about inclusion and diversity, always aiming to foster collaborative, positive environments where innovation can flourish.
